We recommend that you book one of the two convention hotels before booking a flight. It’s easy to change hotel reservations if necessary, but often difficult to change flight reservations.
WE are not affiliated with any travel agency or tour operator!!!
 (IF you book either convention hotel on a website, with a travel agent
or tour operator, you will NOT be pre-registered for the convention.)

This convention is self-supporting by its own contributions through registration fees, raffle tickets, and anything else we can think of. THIS IS A NON-PROFIT CONVENTION.  No AA funds are used to pay for this event. All Seventh Tradition money collected at scheduled or ad hoc meetings is turned over to AA.
 HOW IT WORKS:  We ask that you book with the convention hotels because we need to meet our hotel room commitments. This allows us to keep hotel rates as low as possible and it also keeps meeting rooms available for us. Booking one of the two hotels will pre-register you for the convention.

Scheduled English speaking meetings will take place throughout the Convention beginning on Wednesday 22 October. Typically, spontaneous meetings, organized by the early arrivals themselves, begin as early as Sunday 19 October.
