Statement of Purpose

The AA Spain website has been established as a public information tool of English-speaking Alcoholics Anonymous in Spain. It exists to aid the groups in their common purpose of carrying the AA message to the alcoholic who still suffers. In addition to our primary purpose, the AA Spain website seeks to enhance the relationship between English-speaking AA groups in Spain and the AA fellowship as a whole. Our aim is to provide all AA members with current information on meetings and events taking place in Spain so that all can participate in the advancement of Unity of the fellowship throughout Spain, Continental Europe, and elsewhere. In keeping with our AA principles, it is the goal of this website to unite our fellowship in the three legacies of Alcoholics Anonymous and to continue to carry AA’s message across all distances and borders. The AA Spain Website seeks to maintain the integrity of the Twelve Traditions of Alcoholics Anonymous at all times.
